For Design Nation, we’ve chosen three collections that showcase our approach to designing contemporary spaces. Three different projects, united by the same attention to the role each element plays within the space.

Three projects, a single way of thinking about space
A space is not defined only by the elements that compose it, but by the relationships that these manage to create.
For Design Nation, we have chosen to present three collections that interpret three different roles of design in contemporary environments.
JUL defines its character through a precise and recognizable presence. NOVA creates the conditions for meeting, giving shape to open, flexible configurations designed for sharing. PLIÉ connects the elements and completes the space with natural continuity.
Each element does not simply occupy an environment, but contributes to making it more coherent, welcoming and capable of generating relationships.

01 · Jul · Design Nicola Cacco
JUL: a presence that opens dialogue
There are objects that furnish a space. And others that define its character.
JUL belongs to the latter category.
Its essential forms, the pleat that outlines the upper part of the backrest, and the distinctive rear profile create a precise, contemporary, and immediately recognizable identity.
Its presence is discreet yet authoritative: a balance between formal rigor, attention to detail, and ergonomic comfort. The structure supports the body anatomically, while the various available configurations allow the collection to fit seamlessly into executive and managerial environments.
A seat capable of representing space without ostentation.

02 · Nova · Design Pio & Tito Toso
NOVA: a meeting that makes everything possible
Every project needs a space where relationships can take shape.
NOVA was born from this idea and interprets contemporary hospitality through a hybrid and versatile nature.
It can function as a soft, rounded pouf or transform into a generous armchair with the addition of a linear, rigorous backrest.
The different modules can be combined to create open and flexible compositions, capable of accompanying moments of waiting, conversation, pause, and sharing.
The customizable upholstery options add material and visual identity to each configuration, allowing the project the freedom to find its own balance.
NOVA does not define a single way of experiencing space: it creates the conditions for people, materials, and configurations to naturally converge.

03 · Plié · Design Nicola Cacco
PLIÉ: a connection that completes the space
It’s often the details that create continuity between the different parts of a space.
PLIÉ was created as an essential complement, capable of connecting seating, people, and architecture.
The soft, sculptural forms, the visually light legs, and the asymmetrical top create a discreet yet recognizable graphic rhythm.
Available in three sizes and customizable with an optional HPL top, PLIÉ fits naturally into lounges, common areas, and hospitality spaces.
A versatile element that doesn’t interrupt the design, but rather complements it, helping to create fluid, coherent, and welcoming environments.
