At La Feria De Diseño, Diemme presents four spatial systems within one continuous environment. Open thresholds, layered transparencies and functions that flow into one another.

The concept _
Workplace, reimagined.
The workplace is no longer a fixed place. It’s a sequence of transitions.
Throughout the day, people move between different functions: arriving, meeting, working, deciding. Without ever really staying in just one place.
In Medellín, this idea takes shape in a stand where four spatial systems coexist within a single, continuous environment. Arches, curtains and semi-transparent surfaces create a fluid layout, where functions are not separated but gently connected.
You don’t enter rooms.
You move through situations.

The 4 systems
01 · Welcome / Waiting
Where relationships begin
Before a meeting, before a presentation, before a decision, there is always an informal moment that sets the tone.
A conversation on a sofa, a coffee by a low table, a pause that brings rhythm back.
This system creates soft thresholds — spaces where the body relaxes and relationships can begin naturally. Enveloping shapes, warm fabrics, geometries that welcome rather than impose.
This is where everything starts.
It’s a space that doesn’t hold you — it invites you to stay.

02 · Connection / Exchange
Where ideas meet
Two people, three, four at most. A round or square table, a few seats, no spatial hierarchy. This system is designed for conversations that matter: a quick alignment, a short brainstorming session, a meeting that leads somewhere.
The configuration is flexible, the materials are tangible, the tone is real. Wood, fabric and metal define a space that feels direct and grounded. Eye contact matters. Ideas take shape.
A space without a center, where ideas can move freely.

03 · Operation / Production
Where work takes shape
This is where things happen. Desks that move, surfaces that open and close, ergonomic seating that supports the body through long hours. It’s the most technical system, but also the most adaptable.
Every element is designed to be reconfigured depending on who is working, how many people are involved and what they are building. Not a rigid open space, but an operational ecosystem that adjusts naturally.
Wheels, mechanisms and industrial details follow a simple logic: putting each person in the right condition to work better, every day.
A space that evolves as it’s being used.

04 · Direction / Governance
Where direction is defined
One product, one clear function. The space of responsibility. A high backrest, an authoritative posture, details that express presence without excess.
Yet this system is not isolated. It remains part of the broader environment, in dialogue with everything around it. Because the best decisions happen when leadership stays connected to people, conversations and the work itself.
Less distance. More reference.

The spatial project _
No boundaries
The stand is not conceived as a sequence of elements, but as a single, continuous environment. There are no rigid separations, only transitions. Functions don’t stop — they evolve.
Welcome, exchange, operation and direction coexist within the same space, following the natural movement of people throughout the day.
Each area is part of a wider system. Each transition is designed to feel intuitive.
The space is something you cross,
not something that divides.
