The interior fit out at the British-Georgia Academy in Tbilisi is a unique project that stems from the fruitful collaboration between Office Technologies and architect Giorgi Merebashvili of the 3344.Design studio. This partnership has given birth to an innovative educational space that challenges traditional educational models.
The British-Georgian Academy in Tbilisi is much more than a school. It is a place designed to inspire and engage young people, fully developing their skills. Every aspect of space design was conceived with the students’ well-being in mind and the desire to stimulate their active involvement. Our CROSS sofa is the natural choice in this innovative setting, especially in the communal areas: its modularity, in fact, makes it perfectly adaptable to the idea of sharing and collaborative learning. With CROSS, each space can be highly personalized to meet student needs, encouraging dialogue and creativity. For the administrative areas and offices, the NO FRILL chair was selected: its versatility and minimalist design go hand in hand with the necessary efficiency of these areas, assuring a comfortable and elegant working environment. The British-Georgia Academy in Tbilisi is a tangible example of how a well-designed space can inspire creativity, promote active involvement and facilitate learning: this is why we are proud that Diemme productshave contributed to creating such an innovative set up.
